Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience.
• Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 5 years of related experience.
• Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience.
• Minimum of 2 years exempt level experience.
• Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, and favorable medical examination/testing per position duties.

Responsibilities

• Implement performance improvement programs and provide oversight.
• Review site data and identify adverse trends using CAP, SA, BM, OPEX, and related indicators.
• Support CAP investigations and issue reviews (IR).
• Manage performance indicators.
• Coordinate cross-functional MRMs and prepare packages.
• Include Emergency Response duties and/or coverage as directed by management.
