Job summary

Constellation is seeking a Manager of the Organizational Effectiveness (OR) department to ensure programs and processes raise plant performance across the clean energy center (CEC). You will work with station leadership and NRC/NSRB/INPO interfaces on CAP, self-assessment, benchmarking, safety culture and human performance initiatives.

You will guide performance improvement, analyze data, and drive corrective actions across CAP and PI activities, while managing documentation reviews and leading

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience OR
• Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 6 years of relevant experience OR
• Associates degree with 8 years of relevant experience OR
• High school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Supports the site Senior Leadership Team in formulation and implementation of solutions to performance gaps, including identifying CAP, HU, PI related actions, performance data and root cause analyses.
• Identify change agents and authorize them to influence the culture to improve performance.
• Provide challenge and insight to ensure performance improvement model is used to prevent, identify, and correct issues at the clean energy center.
• Develop insights and solutions around performance drivers at the CEC.
• Provide oversight of the performance improvement concept and analyze site performance data using CAP, self-assessment, benchmarking and OPEX.
• All other job assignments as directed by management, including Emergency Response duties.
