Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with multiple APM tools and extensive experience with Dynatrace.
• 3+ years SRE experience.
• Experience in software development, infrastructure, or operations roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or Dynatrace are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain robust observability solutions to monitor system performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Proactively address performance bottlenecks and collaborate with development teams to improve efficiency.
• Conduct capacity planning based on observed patterns and future growth.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for monitoring and scaling resources.
• Document architecture, configurations, and best practices for onboarding.
• Collaborate with software engineers to instrument applications for monitoring.
• Drive continuous improvement in reliability and security alignment.
