Job summary

Veriipro is seeking a Senior Performance Engineer with 10-15 years of experience to evaluate application performance, scalability, and reliability through comprehensive testing, monitoring, and analysis. You will lead triage sessions and drive issue resolution across multi-platform environments.

The role requires hands-on expertise in LoadRunner, Dynatrace, and Splunk, plus strong scripting in VuGen, Python, and Java, with collaboration across development, infrastructure, and architecture teams.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Hands-on expertise in LoadRunner/Performance Center.
• Experience with VuGen scripting using Web HTTP/HTML and Java protocols.
• Experience with Dynatrace and Splunk for monitoring and analysis.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and automation.
• Experience analyzing heap/thread dumps and AWR reports.
• Strong understanding of Java/.NET apps and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability testing strategies.
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner Performance Center and VuGen.
• Perform scripting using Web HTTP/HTML and Java protocols.
• Monitor and analyze performance with Dynatrace, Splunk, and AWR reports.
• Identify bottlenecks and conduct end-to-end performance analysis.
• Lead performance triages and drive resolution with teams.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and architecture to optimize performance.
• Evaluate performance across Windows and Linux environments.
• Gather requirements, define test scenarios, and prepare reports.
• Support performance engineering across Java, .NET, and cloud apps.
