Role Description

The Senior Creative Strategist (Performance Marketing) is a full-time, on-site role based in West Hollywood, CA. The senior creative strategist needs to have a deep understanding of direct response fundamentals. They should know the study of why people buy, and how to make them do it. Customer psychology, hooks, unique mechanisms, offers.

Qualifications

• Direct Response expert with 5+ years experience
• Product Strategy expertise, including experience defining white space, positioning, avatars
• Strong Writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling, conversion-focused copy for Meta/TikTok Ads
• Research capabilities, including trends, market, and competitive analysis to inform ad creative decision
• Proven experience in performance marketing for beauty, wellness, or consumer products, with a track record of driving measurable results
• Comfort working with data, A/B testing, and creative performance metrics to iterate and optimize campaigns
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative rationale to team members
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Compensation

• $105,000 - $140,000/year
