Job summary

inBeat Agency is seeking a Senior Performance Creative Strategist for a major US nutraceuticals brand. The role focuses on owning creative strategy, data analysis, and performance outcomes while shaping the team’s approach and driving growth.

You will lead strategy across paid social, run performance research, test creative concepts, and mentor junior creatives for stronger execution. Remote, with global collaboration and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience developing performance-driven creative for paid social or digital channels.
• Strong ability interpreting performance data to guide creative direction and iteration.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally in fast-moving, data–creative environments.

Responsibilities

• Own creative strategy across multiple paid social accounts; from insight and hypothesis through execution and iteration.
• Run performance-led research; analyze ad platform data, creative performance signals, and competitor patterns to inform strategy.
• Develop and test high-converting creative concepts grounded in consumer insight, platform mechanics, and historical performance.
• Build clear creative hypotheses, testing frameworks, and messaging systems; not one-off ideas.
• Write and guide performance copy that is structured, intentional, and measurable.
• Partner closely with design, editing, and media buying to ensure creative is built for testing, scale, and learning.
• Translate quantitative performance data and qualitative feedback into concrete creative decisions and pivots.
• Mentor junior creatives; sharpening their strategic thinking, analytical instincts, and execution quality.
• Present creative strategy and performance rationale to clients with clarity, logic, and confidence.
• Stay current on platform changes, creative formats, and performance trends that materially impact results.
