iRESTORE is seeking a Senior Manager, Performance Creative to lead the strategy, testing, output, and performance of paid creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snap, and emerging platforms. You will work with cross-functional partners to build a disciplined testing system and scale what works.

You will manage a small team of creatives, translate customer insights into compelling hooks and offers, and ensure alignment with landing pages and the broader customer journey.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in performance creative or related DTC/e-commerce roles
• Experience leading performance creative strategy across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snap
• Strong direct-response instincts with measurement across metrics
• Translate objectives, insights, and data into briefs, concepts, and production plans
• Experience leading and developing a small creative team

Responsibilities

• Lead the performance creative strategy and roadmap across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snap, and emerging platforms
• Translate business objectives, customer insights, and performance data into briefs, concepts, and testing plans
• Build and manage a structured testing program across hooks, formats, offers, audiences, and funnel stages
• Evaluate performance metrics with clear recommendations on next steps
• Forecast creative volume and plan production around spend and priorities
• Identify workflow gaps and build scalable, high-quality workflows
• Manage and develop a small team of creatives and editors
