Job summary

Wpromote seeks a Manager, Performance Creative to lead strategy and delivery of performance-driven creative across a portfolio of 2–5 clients. You’ll partner with Media, Design and Production to translate data into creative direction, testing roadmaps, and scalable concepts that drive growth across funnel stages.

The role requires strong communication with clients and deep expertise across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and programmatic channels, plus a knack for iterative messaging and ad copy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance creative or paid social, preferably agency-based.
• Experience tying creative to performance outcomes and KPIs.
• Strong collaboration with media, design and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, direction and delivery of performance-driven creative for 2–5 clients.
• Translate performance data into creative roadmaps, hypotheses and iterations.
• Develop briefs with messaging, hooks, headlines and ad copy.
• Collaborate with Media to align testing, scaling and optimization.
• Work with Design and Production to manage timelines and budgets.
• Analyze cross-platform performance and synthesize actionable insights.
• Present concepts and performance insights to clients.
