• 7+ years in performance creative, direct-response marketing, or growth marketing.
• Deep understanding of creative testing methodology and platform behavior.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with customer research and messaging frameworks.
• $125,000-$150,000 base salary plus performance bonus.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative roadmap and testing program across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Snap.
• Evaluate performance metrics such as hook rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS to guide decisions.
• Manage and develop a team of creative strategists and production talent.

• Senior Manager, Performance Creative leads paid creative strategy across major social platforms.
• Focuses on testing, data analysis, and scaling creative that drives customer acquisition.
• Reports to Head of Creative Content and partners with Paid Social, Product, and Data teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative roadmap and testing program across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Snap.
• Evaluate performance metrics such as hook rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS to guide decisions.
• Manage and develop a team of creative strategists and production talent.

• 7+ years in performance creative, direct-response marketing, or growth marketing.
