Job summary

Kraken is seeking a Senior Performance Creative to concept, produce and ship paid creative for Kraken Consumer across markets. The role centers on paid static work, while also delivering performance video and AI-assisted content.

You’ll take ideas from briefs to multi-market assets, ensuring they stop, share and convert. You’ll report to the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design, and you'll be a senior IC with no direct reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance creative at a high-volume in-house team or performance agency.
• Portfolio required with paid static work, multiple video cuts, and AI-driven pieces.
• Layout and composition for thumbnail size, multi-language, and platform-native formats.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X.

Responsibilities

• Own paid static for Kraken Consumer across product launches and campaigns.
• Build assets for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, X with platform-specific specs.
• Concept and cut performance video across formats (9:16, 1:1, 4:5).
• Produce AI-generated or AI-assisted video and imagery.
• Localize at scale across markets, languages, formats and regulatory requirements.
• Design tests and interpret results to inform next creative rounds.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams.
• Maintain high craft standards and clean file organization.
