Job summary

Kraken is seeking a Senior Performance Creative to own paid static and develop multi-market campaigns. The role blends concepting with hands-on production of static and video across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X, with AI-generated content as a core tool.

You will lead end-to-end projects, adapt visuals for various languages and markets, and fast-track ideas into winning creative pillars while collaborating with Product Marketing and regional teams under regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance creative at a high-volume in-house team or agency.
• A portfolio proving paid static work with multi-market videos, including AI-generated pieces.
• Layout, hierarchy, and typography that scales to thumbnails and feeds.
• Platform-native instincts for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong video production skills from concept to finished cut.
• Experience with gen AI video and image tooling.
• Experience in a structured creative testing program with metrics.
• Fluency in internet and meme culture with timely, viral instincts.
• Ability to work fast with multiple review rounds and late changes.
• Comfort with regulatory constraints and risk warnings.
• Solid copywriting instincts; plain language, value-first.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC and AI tools.
• Curious about investing and crypto to make space legible.

Responsibilities

• Own paid static for Kraken Consumer across product launches, campaigns and always-on activity.
• Build for channels like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X.
• Concept and cut performance video for cross-format sets.
• Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video and imagery.
• Bring ideas to briefs and develop winning concepts into pillars.
• Version and localize at scale across markets and languages.
• Design tests and interpret results to inform future creative.
• Partner with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams for approvals.
• Maintain high craft bar and clean files for reuse.
