Job summary

Kraken is seeking a Senior Performance Creative to own paid static and multi-format video for Kraken Consumer and Krak campaigns. You’ll translate insights into platform-native assets across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X, with AI-enabled workflows and fast turnarounds.

You’ll lead craft for high-volume, regulated fintech campaigns, collaborating with Product Marketing, Compliance and regional teams to maintain brand quality while driving performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance creative at a high-volume in-house team or agency.
• Portfolio with paid static, two-three full video cuts, AI-generated work, and tested ideas with data.
• Layout, hierarchy and typography that hold at thumbnail size and across languages.
• Platform-native instincts for Meta, TikTok and YouTube with cross-format reasoning.
• Strong video production skills from concept to final cut with sound design.
• Fluent in AI video/image tooling and structured creative testing programs.
• Deep knowledge of internet culture and fast turnarounds under regulatory constraints.
• Solid copywriting instincts and ability to keep branding clean and effective.

Responsibilities

• Own paid static for Kraken Consumer across launches, campaigns and always-on activity.
• Build for channels like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X with platform specs.
• Concept and cut performance video across formats from 9:16 to 1:1 and 4:5.
• Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video and imagery as appropriate.
• Bring ideas to briefs and craft culturally timely concepts.
• Version and localize at scale across markets, languages, formats and regulatory requirements.
• Design creative for testing and translate results into next hooks and cuts.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams for approvals.
• Maintain high craft standards and clean file organization for re-use.
