Riverbed is seeking a Sr. Performance Consultant to deliver Aternity-based Digital Experience solutions in SaaS and hybrid environments. You will act as a senior technical SME, leading complex deployments, dashboards, alerting, and on-prem to SaaS transitions for enterprise and US-secured customers.

The role emphasizes deep technical expertise, customer advisory, and successful outcomes without people management, sitting within Riverbed Professional Services. Travel as required is expected.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance; US-based.
• 10+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or advanced technical advisory roles.
• Deep expertise in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and observability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior SME for Aternity DEX solutions across SaaS and hybrid environments.
• Lead complex engagements: deployments, dashboards, alerting, and cross-domain analysis.
• Design enterprise-scale Aternity architectures aligned to customer goals and operating models.
• Deliver Aternity in SaaS environments, ensuring stability, scalability, and readiness.
• Lead on-prem to SaaS transitions with planning and risk management.
• Act as trusted advisor to customers, guiding DEX strategy and SaaS adoption.
• Lead customer workshops and executive engagements, communicating technical, operational, and compliance considerations.
