Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or advanced technical advisory roles.
• Deep, hands-on experience with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and observability.
• Experience delivering solutions in SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Aternity engagements including EUE deployments, dashboards, and alerting.
• Design and validate enterprise-scale Aternity architectures.
• Analyze customer IT organizations to drive adoption of Riverbed solutions.
