Job summary

You will turn operational data into leadership-ready insights on readiness, workload, timeliness, and quality. You will own the performance measurement framework, support modernization initiatives, and sustain reliable reporting during normal and surge operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years in BI, performance management, or analytics.
• Experience designing KPI frameworks and building dashboards in major BI tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and cross-system data handling.
• Active Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain performance measures, dashboards, and reports.
• Develop KPI framework with data sources, baselines, and targets.
• Build and automate dashboards in enterprise analytics environments (Palantir).
• Produce monthly and quarterly performance and readiness reports.
• Train staff and maintain knowledge resources; ensure 508 accessibility.
