Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping perception systems on real hardware.
• Experience deploying models on-device with TensorRT/ONNX.
• Real-time computer vision and tracking from live sensor data.
• Production ML pipelines from training to deployment.
• Defense/autonomy/robotics/aerospace experience is a plus.
• Degree in CS/EE/Robotics or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Design perception architecture for detection, tracking, classification, and sensor fusion.
• Develop CV models and training pipelines, then deploy them on-device.
• Fuse EO/IR and other sensor data across the perception stack.
• Optimize real-time performance for embedded hardware and latency budgets.
• Partner with robotics, controls, and hardware teams for system design decisions.
• Mentor perception engineers while contributing hands-on technical work.
