Job summary

Auxo Talent is seeking a Senior Perception Engineer for a well-funded Physical AI company in the Bay Area. You will own the core perception stack, enabling machines to understand their surroundings using camera, LiDAR, and radar data.

You will advance sensor fusion, SLAM, and 3D vision, shipping perception software onto real hardware with real customers. You’ll lead critical components in a small senior team and receive meaningful equity as part of compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in perception or computer vision for robotics or autonomous systems.
• Experience shipping perception software that runs on a real machine.
• Depth in at least one area: SLAM, sensor fusion, 3D reconstruction, or deep learning for vision.
• Your work goes onto real hardware, not just into papers.
• Competitive base salary plus meaningful equity.
