Stack AV is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Perception Architecture team to drive foundational ML architecture and systematic approaches for scalable perception in autonomous trucking. You will work with cross‑functional teams to identify challenges, prototype new experiments, and translate findings into productized solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in a perception‑related field such as Robotics, Computer Vision, or Machine Learning.
• Experience architecting, training, and evaluating deep learning models for challenging problems.
• Proven track record from concept to productization of research or engineering projects.
• Strong software engineering, ML algorithm design, and data/metrics pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the technical direction of the Perception Architecture team and the broader organization.
• Design and develop core ML components and architectures for scalable perception systems.
• Prototype key architectural decisions for long‑tail and long‑range perception challenges.
• Improve model frameworks, data pipelines, and accelerate iteration.
• Lead topics and align across teams like Actor Detection, Scene Understanding, Tracking.
