Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in a perception‑related field such as Robotics, Computer Vision, or Machine Learning.
• Experience architecting, training, and evaluating deep learning models for challenging problems.
• Proven track record from concept to productization of research or engineering projects.
• Strong software engineering, ML algorithm design, and data/metrics pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the technical direction of the Perception Architecture team and the broader organization.
• Design and develop core ML components and architectures for scalable perception systems.
• Prototype key architectural decisions for long‑tail and long‑range perception challenges.
• Improve model frameworks, data pipelines, and accelerate iteration.
• Lead topics and align across teams like Actor Detection, Scene Understanding, Tracking.
