Slavic401k is seeking a Senior Product Manager, PEP Solutions, to own the strategy, roadmap, and scaling of PEP/MEP offerings. You will partner with the COO to define governance, success metrics, and growth for regulated fintech products.

This role blends product management, operations design, and cross‑functional execution in a fully remote environment. 7+ years in related fields and strong stakeholder skills are desired.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, ownership, or related fields.
• Experience building or maturing SaaS/fintech products.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own PEP/MEP product strategy, roadmap, and governance.
• Design scalable workflows across the product lifecycle.
• Lead cross‑functional sessions to align on requirements and priorities.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Technology on regulatory needs.
• Develop go‑to‑market ideas and performance dashboards.
