Empower LLC, remote nationwide, seeks a Senior Manager of Product Management for Advisory Experiences. You will define the product vision and roadmap for the financial advisor experience, partnering with engineering and operations to simplify workflows and drive productivity enhancements.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, balance short-term needs with long-term platform investments, and measure success by advisor outcomes and platform performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of product management or relevant experience.
• Strong product judgment and ability to prioritize investments.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for advisor experience.
• Identify high-impact opportunities to simplify workflows and consolidate capabilities.
• Influence investment decisions based on advisor value and technical considerations.
• Own a multi-horizon roadmap balancing near-term outcomes with platform investments.
• Collaborate with engineering/architecture to shape product strategy.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning product, engineering, operations, risk, and legal.
