Job summary

Stratus is hiring a Junior Product Manager to join our product team as an individual contributor, reporting to a Lead Product Manager. We build SaaS project and workflow software for MEP contractors, turning roadmaps into live demos with engineers and designers, validated through testing.

We are a distributed workforce across the US; this role is remote with potential quarterly travel. You will translate customer feedback into prioritized work and draft release notes customers actually read.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum ceremonies and processes.
• Detail-oriented with ability to own QA/UAT for own work.

Responsibilities

• Turn roadmap priorities into working demos with engineers and designers.
• Collaborate daily with engineers and designers through standups and planning.
• Test deliverables against acceptance criteria before release.
• Synthesize customer feedback into prioritization input for the Lead PM.
• Draft clear, customer-facing release notes.
• Escalate blockers and gaps to the Lead PM early.
