Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Platform Developer to architect, install, configure, upgrade, and run enterprise PeopleSoft environments. You will own the PeopleSoft backbone, including PeopleTools upgrades, image applications, security configurations, and integration with cloud and middleware platforms.

The ideal candidate will combine deep PeopleTools/PeopleSoft admin experience with Oracle DB, Linux/Unix, and modern DevOps practices, collaborating with product,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Five or more years of PeopleSoft PeopleTools administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleTools upgrades and PUM.
• Strong experience with WebLogic, Tuxedo, and PeopleSoft app/processor servers.
• Experience administering Elasticsearch/OpenSearch for PeopleSoft.
• Strong Oracle Database administration knowledge.
• Strong Linux/Unix skills and shell scripting experience.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft Cloud Manager or similar automation tooling.
• Experience operating HA/DR for PeopleSoft.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect, install, configure, upgrade, and operate enterprise PeopleSoft environments.
• Own the technical backbone of the PeopleSoft platform, including upgrades and image applications.
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into engineered solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and perform design and code reviews.
• Apply strong engineering discipline and clear communication for production readiness.
