Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Interface Developer to design, build, and operate enterprise integrations connecting PeopleSoft to internal systems, cloud applications, and third-party platforms. Focused on the integration layer, you will handle service operations, queues, routings, transformations, security configurations, and error handling.

You will leverage deep Integration Broker experience with PeopleTools knowledge and modern API/integration design patterns

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 6+ years of PeopleSoft development experience, with a strong focus on Integration Broker.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing REST and SOAP web services in PeopleSoft.
• Solid PeopleCode and Application Engine experience.
• Working knowledge of XML, XSLT, and JSON.
• Experience with web service security standards (WS-Security, OAuth2).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with the PeopleSoft data model.
• Familiarity with middleware platforms (OIC, MuleSoft, Boomi).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.

Job Title: PeopleSoft Interface Developer

Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)

Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2

Salary Range: $85,000-$115,000 Annually

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Interface Developer to design, build, and operate enterprise integrations connecting PeopleSoft applications to internal systems, cloud applications, and third-party platforms. This role focuses specifically on the integration layer, including service operations, queues, routings, transformations, security configurations, and error handling. The ideal candidate will combine deep hands-on Integration Broker experience with broader PeopleTools knowledge and a strong understanding of API and integration design patterns. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional partners - product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders - to translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions, and will be expected to raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentorship of more junior engineers. The successful candidate brings strong engineering discipline, a clear communication style, and a track record of shipping meaningful work that holds up well in production.

Required Qualifications

• Five or more years of PeopleSoft development experience, with a strong focus on Integration Broker.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing REST and SOAP web services in PeopleSoft.
• Solid PeopleCode and Application Engine experience.

• Experience with web service security standards (WS-Security, OAuth2).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with the PeopleSoft data model.
• Familiarity with middleware platforms (OIC, MuleSoft, Boomi) is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• PeopleSoft certifications.
• Experience integrating with Oracle Cloud Applications.
• Exposure to event-driven integration patterns.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling for PeopleSoft.
• Strong understanding of API management concepts.
