Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced PeopleTools Consultant to own the architecture, installation, configuration, upgrade, and ongoing operation of enterprise PeopleSoft environments in a 100% remote US role. The successful candidate will apply deep PeopleTools expertise, strong Oracle database knowledge, and modern DevOps practices to deliver robust production environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Five or more years of PeopleSoft PeopleTools administration experience.
Hands-on experience with PeopleTools upgrades and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM).
Strong experience with WebLogic, Tuxedo, and PeopleSoft application/process scheduler servers.

Responsibilities

Own the architecture, installation, configuration, upgrade, and ongoing operation of enterprise PeopleTools environments.
Coordinate with cross-functional partners to translate requirements into robust, production-ready solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and drive code/design reviews to raise engineering standards.
