Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Technical Developer to design, develop, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements for enterprise PeopleSoft applications (HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions).

This role is 100% remote in the U.S. and is a full-time Direct W2 position. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on PeopleTools development with strong collaboration with functional consultants to meet enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of PeopleSoft technical development experience.
• Hands-on PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode.
• Experience with Application Engine, ComponentInterfaces, and Integration Broker.
• SQR and BI Publisher experience.
• Strong SQL skills and PeopleSoft data model knowledge.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions data structures.
• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.
• Knowledge of Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support customizations for enterprise PeopleSoft applications.
• Own technical implementation of business requirements and ensure quality, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to deliver integrated solutions.
• Leverage PeopleTools, Application Engine, and Integration Broker for robust integrations.
