Qualifications

• At least 7+ years’ experience in PeopleSoft HCM 9.x and large-scale implementations.
• Advanced knowledge of PeopleSoft development tools and integration technologies.
• Strong collaboration and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development activities for UCPath including Workforce Administration, Talent Acquisition Management, and ePerformance.
• Provide advanced production support, on-call, issue triage, and design new solutions to resolve defects.
