Peoplesoft Absence Management Consultant (Contract)

Seeking PeopleSoft Absence Management Consultant who will play a critical role in the current implementation of UCPath (PeopleSoft HCM 9.2) project.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration, functional designs, and system integrated testing.
• Adhere to test practices, standards and processes; troubleshoot test issues, record test results, and track and prioritize defects.
• Work through the project lifecycle across multiple assignments under aggressive timelines with minimal ramp-up time.
• Coordinate and communicate with team members and business users as assigned.
• Plan, implement, and report on work progress.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PeopleSoft Absence Management experience and exposure to the 9.x product suite.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Absence Management in at least 2 implementations and upgrades of 9.x versions with large, distributed customers.
• Experience supporting configuration, functional designs, and testing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team player and align with project priorities and leads’ direction.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with a variety of people to accomplish goals and support others.
• Proactive in completing assigned tasks with little direction and adaptable to changing requirements.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Visio is required.
• BS Degree.

Higher Education experience is a plus.
