Job summary

Resourcesoft, Inc. seeks an experienced Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis for PeopleSoft FSCM Accounts Receivable and Billing implementations.

You will map data flows, support integration with third‑party interfaces, and conduct hands‑on system integration tests across diverse systems. The role requires strong communication skills to coordinate across large remote teams; familiarity with CAPPS Financials and Microsoft 365 tools; experience in public sector

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 implementations.
• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable and Billing module configuration, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis.
• Experience with hands-on, end-to-end system integration testing across third-party interfaces.
• Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Microsoft Teams collaboration in large team settings.
• Experience with public sector (Federal, State, or Local government) financial systems, including CAPPS Financials.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine, SharePoint, Jira, and Scrum-based project delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate across large remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis for PeopleSoft FSCM Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations.
• Map business data flows and legacy system data to third-party interface systems to support integration efforts.
• Perform hands-on, end-to-end system integration testing across third-party interfaces to validate functionality.
• Analyze user requirements and current operational procedures to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
• Document user needs, program functions, and technical specifications required for system development or modification.
• Evaluate system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling constraints to determine feasibility of requested changes.
• Support training initiatives, hands‑on testing efforts, and other ad‑hoc project tasks as assigned.
