Job summary

Qualifications

We're looking for a Senior Programmer Analyst to join our team, supporting a robust PeopleSoft environment today while helping lead the charge toward a modern, cloud-based ERP platform.

What you'll do:

• Design, code, and test applications based on assigned projects
• Contribute to design documentation and technical specifications
• Provide user support, including troubleshooting help desk requests
• Collaborate as part of a project team on large-scale initiatives
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues
• Occasionally support the system outside standard business hours
• Help drive our future-state roadmap, including system migration/integration design, and contribute to data migration, mapping, and validation as we adopt modern tools like Workday Studio or Oracle Integration Cloud

What you bring:

• Strong hands-on knowledge of PeopleSoft, particularly the HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules
• Proven experience coding in PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Application Designer, and PS Query
• A track record of designing and implementing new PeopleSoft modules to support evolving business needs
• Strong SQL scripting skills for data processing and analysis
• Oracle Database experience is a plus
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft Tax Updates (PUM/Change Assistant) is a plus
• Curiosity about or exposure to Workday or Oracle Cloud integrations
• Great communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
• Comfort navigating change as our technology landscape evolves
