Sony Interactive Entertainment in San Diego, CA is seeking a Senior People Technology Solutions Lead to advance HR tech, AI-enabled platforms, and enterprise HRIS initiatives across data, integrations, and analytics.

The role blends hands-on engineering with strategic leadership, partnering with PTS and IT to deliver secure, scalable employee experiences and measurable business impact.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience across enterprise technology, application development, automation, HR technology, digital transformation, or technology consulting.
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering solutions using generative AI, automation, APIs, integrations, workflow technologies, or modern app-development approaches.
• Experience taking emerging technology from concept or proof of value through iterative development, production implementation, adoption, and ongoing operation.
• Strong practical understanding of generative AI and agentic architectures, including agents, orchestration, grounding and retrieval, tool use, APIs, evaluation, guardrails, human oversight, and production considerations.
• Experience leading complex technical initiatives that span systems, teams, or organizational boundaries and influencing outcomes without direct management authority.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical practice for AI, automation, and agentic workflows within People Technology Services (PTS).
• Partner with People & Places to translate priorities into technology-enabled outcomes.
• Collaborate with enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Moveworks, Power Platform) to accelerate adoption and governance.
• Architect and guide cross-platform solutions, evaluating build, buy, extend, integrate, automate, and orchestrate options.
• Mentor others, share expertise, and increase technical capability across PTS.
• Ensure solutions meet architecture, security, privacy, data protection, and production-support standards.
