Job summary

HighLevel is seeking a Sr. People Technology Integration Specialist to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable integrations across the People Technology ecosystem.

You will ensure clean data flow between Darwinbox and external platforms, with strong emphasis on integration architecture and hands-on API work. The role requires 5 years in HRIS integrations, experience with Darwinbox, and familiarity with payroll and finance systems.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in HRIS integrations or payroll ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with Darwinbox APIs and data extracts.
• Experience with payroll, IT and finance platforms and GL logic.

Responsibilities

• Define integration architecture across the People Technology ecosystem.
• Configure and manage Darwinbox APIs, webhooks, SFTP feeds, and Amplify scripts.
• Monitor daily integrations and troubleshoot failures with root-cause analysis.
• Ensure data integrity and governance across downstream systems.
• Maintain technical documentation and enable cross-functional teams.
