We are seeking a talented Senior People Systems Analyst to join our People System team. In this role, you will support the organization with systems-related inquiries, enhancements, and lead cross-functional projects. The role requires prior Workday HCM configuration experience and deep knowledge of Workday Advanced Compensation.

This position is 100% remote, aligned with East Coast hours in the US, with an option to work from any US office.

What You’ll Do

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support via the ticketing system with a customer-focused approach.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and other departments to gather system requirements and develop effective Workday solutions.
• Explore, evaluate, recommend, design, and configure new Workday features and functionalities.
• Configure, test, validate, and implement changes within Workday.
• Create and maintain documentation of procedures and processes.
• Support Workday releases and stay updated on HR technology trends.

Who You Are

• 6+ years of experience with Workday HCM, including business processes, reporting, security, and system administration.
• Expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation, Time & Absence, Talent & Performance, etc.
• Strong understanding of custom reports, calculated fields, and EIBs.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience working in a globally diverse organization.

Nice-to-haves

• Workday payroll experience.
• Workday certifications.
• Experience managing Workday integrations.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS.

Compensation and Benefits

The final salary will be determined during the interview, based on location, experience, and skills. The role offers a US national base pay range of $130,000 - $150,000 USD, plus benefits such as stock options, health plans, 401k match, paid leave, and more.
