Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR, people strategy, or organizational effectiveness, including senior PBP/HRBP work with VP-level leaders in engineering-driven tech companies.
• Track record of org design and change at scale affecting hundreds of people with measurable outcomes.
• Built and owned multi-year talent strategies: succession, bench planning, workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Strong analytical judgment; comfortable with people data and partnering with People Analytics.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in work and curiosity about AI's impact on team design.
• Executive presence and courage to influence senior technical leaders with credibility and evidence.
• Discretion with confidential information and comfort operating in founder-led ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Co-create User's multi-year people strategy with group leadership and turn product strategy into a multi-year talent roadmap.
• Diagnose operating model, org design, spans and layers, and talent systems to identify friction and propose structural changes.
• Orchestrate large multi-team changes, including reorganizations, team integrations, and new operating rhythms.
• Build leadership bench with senior leaders on long-term capability and succession across the group.
• Bring data to leadership with internal and external insights to inform decisions beyond dashboards.
• Shape culture by using people data to address engagement and inclusion and hold leaders accountable.
• Shape hiring programs, capacity planning, and employer brand to attract and retain talent.
• Partner with associated functions to ensure alignment and practical implementation.
