Harver is seeking a Senior People Science Consultant to lead end-to-end consulting for a portfolio of Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts, primarily in the US with some international reach. You will design validity studies, craft ROTI narratives, and partner with Product & R&D to shape future offerings.

You will train clients on Harver solutions, drive adoption, and contribute to ROI calculations while ensuring compliance and governance of science across accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in an applied I-O psychology, People Science, or talent assessment role with hands-on validity studies.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end consulting delivery for Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts, US-focused with some international scope.
• Partner with Implementations on onboarding and science solutions setup.
• Train customers on Harver solutions to drive adoption and value realization.
• Design and execute criterion validity studies and translate findings into client recommendations.
