Job summary

OpenLoop Health is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the People workstream across subsidiary integrations, shaping the function from the ground up. You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal, IT and other teams to deliver scalable HR programs, governance, and measurable outcomes.

You will scope projects, build artifacts, and drive adoption through change management, training, and communications, while identifying AI-enabled improvements to speed up processes and remove bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR/Business/psychology.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience, including People function support.
• Experience scoping projects from scratch, breaking work into parts, sequencing it.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and collaboration across functions.
• Experience managing difficult stakeholder dynamics and resolving roadblocks.
• Ability to anticipate risks and dependencies and resolve ambiguity.
• Proficiency with project-management platforms; Monday and Confluence preferred.
• Proven track record in streamlining and automating with technology and AI.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• End to end project management for People Team projects, scoping and ownership.
• Build relationships across HR, Finance, Legal, IT and other teams and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Create and maintain charters, RACI, timelines, risk logs and records.
• Develop change management plans focusing on adoption, training, enablement, and communications.
• Drive decisions, manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
• Support subsidiary integrations covering onboarding, benefits, policies, org structure, compensation and compliance.
• Coach team members and own tooling supporting them, including Monday workflows.
• Identify steps AI can speed up or take over and share results with the team.
• Other duties as assigned.
