Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR business partnering or a similar strategic People role.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in a matrixed, fast-moving environment is a plus.
• Comfort with data, AI, and building scalable people processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior Mammoth Care leaders to align talent, teams, and business strategy.
• Coach and guide managers on performance, retention, and career paths.
• Own org design, leveling, and workforce planning for client groups.
• Lead engagement and retention initiatives using data to drive action.
