Job summary

Mammoth Brands Inc. is seeking a Senior People Business Partner for Mammoth Care, based in New York. You will act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, shaping talent and organizational decisions in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.

You’ll drive performance processes, coaching, org design, and workforce planning while advancing engagement and retention. The role blends business impact with People leadership and leverages data and AI to improve processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR business partnering or a similar strategic People role.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in a matrixed organization.
• Strong people analytics and data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to connect business strategy to talent and organizational priorities.
• Provide input on performance processes including reviews, promotions, and engagement surveys.
• Lead talent and succession planning for client groups.
• Coach managers on performance, feedback, and career paths.
• Own investigations, mediations, performance management, and exits with judgment and empathy.
• Make decisions with conviction while remaining open to being wrong.
• Own org design, leveling, and workforce planning for client groups.
• Model long-term planning and data-driven decisions for org and talent.
