Job summary

SoFi is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor for both the business and our employees. You will partner with leadership to drive scalable, high-impact HR solutions across Financial Services and Borrow/Operations Engineering.

Applicants should bring 6+ years as an HR Business Partner with expertise in organizational design, compensation, and employee relations, and a BA/BS in a related field. AI tools in HR and Workday experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as an HR Business Partner with org design, compensation, performance management, employee engagement, employment law, and HR systems.
• BA/BS in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to influence at all levels of a corporate hierarchy and navigate sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders to create measurable, actionable strategic HR plans.
• Act as an objective resource and champion for Engineering and employees.
• Manage complex employee relations with discretion and executive coaching.
• Lead initiatives in org design, compensation, performance management, D&I, and development.
• Drive data-informed decisions using people analytics and health metrics.
• Collaborate with People Team CoEs to support business goals.
