Follett Software, LLC is seeking a Senior People Partner to support Product & Technology, Marketing, and Finance. You will blend strategic partnership with hands-on execution to design healthy, high-performing teams aligned to business goals.

You will use data and AI tools to inform decisions, coach leaders, and manage organizational change while modeling Follett Software’s values of clarity and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years HR/People Partner or HRBP experience.
• Experience supporting Product, Engineering or IT teams; remote/distributed work.
• Ability to influence across functions without formal authority.
• Strong relationship-building, EM and judgment in sensitive situations.
• Comfort with HR systems and AI tools; data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary People Partner to leaders in Product & Technology, Marketing, and Finance.
• Advise on org design, headcount planning, team structure, and change management.
• Anticipate and surface themes, risks, and opportunities with options for leaders.
• Build trusted relationships with managers and employees across levels.
• Influence decisions with questions, tradeoffs, and clear recommendations.
• Coach managers and employees through complex situations and performance issues.
• Spot process gaps and partner with cross-functional teams to improve or automate.
• Translate programs into practical guidance for leaders and teams.
• Support managers in setting expectations and giving effective feedback.
