Job summary

Pall Corporation in New Port Richey, FL, is seeking a Senior People Partner to own the local associate experience at our manufacturing site. This role enables people leaders, supports associates, and ensures consistent activation of global HR initiatives in partnership with HRBPs and COEs.

The position reports to the Sr HR Director and requires access to export-controlled data. Domestic and international travel up to 10% is possible.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources through HR management, with responsibility for employee relations and local HR delivery in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Enable people leaders to use HR self-service tools, case management, and standard HR processes.
• Advise leaders on people-related matters including employee relations, engagement, compliance, and culture.
• Translate and activate global HR standards, policies, and programs into compliant local delivery.
• Lead local HR initiatives, change efforts, and site-critical moments requiring on-the-ground presence.

Senior People Partner is responsible for owning and delivering the local associate experience at our New Port Richey, FL manufacturing site. This role brings HR strategies to life on the ground by enabling people leaders, supporting associates, and ensuring consistent, compliant activation of global HR initiatives in partnership with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs). This position reports to the Sr HR Director and is part of the Pall HR Team supporting our Aerospace division located in New Port Richie, Florida and will be an on-site role. This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services. U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization is required. Any offer of employment is contingent upon Pall obtaining the necessary employment visa and export authorization, including, if required, an export license from the applicable U.S. government agency.

Responsibilities

• Enable people leaders to effectively use HR self-service tools, case management, and standard HR processes as the primary entry point for support
• Act as the local HR expert, advising leaders on people-related matters including employee relations, engagement, compliance, and culture
• Translate and activate global HR standards, policies, and programs into compliant, consistent local delivery
• Lead and support local HR initiatives, change efforts, and site-critical moments requiring on-the-ground presence
• Champion a positive, inclusive, and safety-first workplace culture aligned to Danaher values

Essential Requirements

• Undergraduate degree preferred (or equivalent experience) with 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources through HR management, with demonstrated responsibility for employee relations, people leader support, and local HR delivery in a manufacturing environment
• Strong working knowledge of local labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR governance
• Experience partnering with business leaders and HR COEs to deliver HR programs across the talent lifecycle and Supporting non-desk, manufacturing populations
• Proficiency using HR systems, digital self-service tools, and case management platforms
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, global organization

Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 10% regionally or globally.

• Experience with New Hire Onboarding and Training
• Ability to recruit, train, and motivate employees to balance staffing strength and develop future leaders.
• Leading local change management or transformation initiatives
