Cepheid, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Sr. People Partner to shape the associate experience at the Lodi, California site. You will influence leaders, ensure compliant governance, and collaborate with HRBPs/COEs to implement local programs while sustaining an inclusive culture.

The role requires 8+ years of HR experience, business partnering, and a track record of leading HR projects in a matrixed, global organization. This is an on-site position with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with 8+ years of progressive HR experience including HR business partnering, organizational effectiveness, and leadership advisory experience.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
