This role is the senior HR partner for the engineering and product organization, advising technical leaders on how teams are structured, how engineers are leveled and promoted, and how performance is judged. A strong candidate has spent years partnering with engineering leaders through rapid headcount growth and can explain what broke along the way and how it was fixed. The work also covers hiring strategy, pay and equity questions, employee relations cases, and coaching managers, so judgment and discretion matter as much as process knowledge.
