Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a People Business Associate - Supply Chain to support day-to-day HR operations at our Morristown, TN facility. You will partner with plant leaders to drive employee engagement, staffing effectiveness, and workforce planning while leveraging HR analytics to improve performance.

The role requires strong HRIS, data reporting, and onboarding experience in a manufacturing environment, with travel up to 10% and on-site work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial operations.
• Proficiency with HRIS and spreadsheet-based data reporting.
• Experience supporting core HR processes such as employee relations, onboarding, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership and CoE to deliver employee engagement initiatives.
• Use HR technology and metrics to optimize staffing, shift efficiency, and workforce effectiveness.
• Support talent development, capability reviews, and succession tracking.
• Guide supervisors on employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Coordinate site-level change management and continuous improvement in manufacturing.
