Marsh is seeking a Senior Specialist, FP&A to join our People & Investments business in a hybrid role, requiring three in-office days at our Midtown Manhattan location. You will drive revenue budgeting and reporting for US Zones, support Region Management, and deliver insights for leadership through reports and presentations.

Strong FP&A experience and proficiency with Power BI and Oracle SmartView are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in an FP&A-focused role.
• Strong understanding of financial systems and tools such as Power BI and Oracle SmartView.

Responsabilités

• Execute revenue budgeting and reporting for all US Zones in US & Canada region.
• Provide financial planning, analysis, and reporting support for the Region Management Division.
• Deliver insights and recommendations for leadership with reports and presentations.
• Provide sales reporting updates to US Zone leadership for monthly sales forecast calls.
• Build and maintain financial models to analyze key financial drivers across the business.
• Enhance financial processes to improve reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for US & Canada region.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve complex issues and provide strategic direction.
• Support business and operational decision making.
• Possibly work on ad hoc financial analyses for US Practice finance teams in US & Canada.
