Marsh is seeking a Senior Principal to lead the HR M&A Advisory Services practice, guiding the human capital agenda on complex deals in the US market. The role requires steering teams across diligence, Day 1, and post-close integration, with AI driving the delivery and insights.

You will originate and manage client relationships, shape the deal strategy, and advise CHROs, CFOs and PE teams on value drivers, governance and risk. Hybrid work in NYC or Chicago is available.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in professional services leading transactions
• Executive presence with senior leaders (CHRO, CFO, PE) and deal tempo experience
• AI-enabled delivery experience and data handling discipline
• Knowledge of M&A lifecycle across HR disciplines and integration

Responsabilités

• Orchestrate sales and delivery across Health and Benefits, Investments and Retirement, Workforce and Rewards, and Global Benefits Management
• Originate and expand work through corporate development teams and private equity sponsors
• Lead the opportunity from identification through pursuit and close as a strategic advisor
• Own the human capital agenda on complex transactions end to end (acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, JVs)
• Frame people questions into defensible value cases and integration roadmaps
• Advise senior leaders on transaction pace, risk, data quality and interdependencies
• Use AI as a core tool to accelerate data room review and analysis
• Develop teams in AI-enabled delivery and uphold client confidentiality
