Adyen in San Francisco seeks a Senior People Operations & Transformation Partner to join our Global HR Innovations Team and scale our international people operations. You will own end-to-end processes, drive automation, and align systems with business goals.

You will analyze operational pain points, redesign workflows, and partner with HR analytics to improve efficiency while maintaining an exceptional employee experience across time zones and cultures.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing or scaling HR operations.
• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse) to optimize global people operations.
• Ability to manage complex, end-to-end projects with cross-functional dependencies.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical system requirements and communicate with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and map complex people processes, design automated, scalable solutions.
• Standardize and document People Operations policies and workflows company-wide.
• Use data to measure performance and justify changes with ROI.
• Evaluate HR technology and drive innovation through data and systems.
• Establish process governance ensuring accuracy, security, and integrity.
• Escalation point for HR process inquiries and root-cause analysis.
• Define requirements for HRIS/ATS changes to support workflows.
• Configure core HRIS workflows and fields for improvements.
• Implement operational frameworks to boost efficiency and employee experience.
