Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in managing or scaling HR operations with data/system enablement.
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, Greenhouse) to optimize global people operations.
• Ability to manage complex, end-to-end projects with cross-functional dependencies.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical system requirements for HR tech.
• Strong communication of operational concepts to technical teams and business partners.
• Curious, innovative mindset with scalable, employee-centric solutions.
• Experience at a fast-paced, global company with multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Review and map complex people processes to design simple, automated, scalable solutions.
• Standardize and document People Operations policies and workflows company-wide.
• Use data to measure performance and justify ROI for efficiency improvements.
• Evaluate HR technology and partner with analytics to drive data and systems-driven innovation.
• Establish governance standards for accuracy, security, and integrity of HR processes.
• Act as escalation point for complex HR inquiries and root cause analysis.
• Define requirements for HRIS/ATS changes to support improved workflows.
• Configure core HRIS workflows and custom fields to enable improvements.
• Support implementation of operational frameworks that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
