VRChat is seeking a Head of Talent to own the hiring function from strategy to execution. This senior role blends strategic partnering with hands-on sourcing and screening to build a world-class team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, startup or scaling company preferred.
• Proven ability to act as strategic advisor to leadership and hands-on contributor.
• Strong technical sourcing background for hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience building recruiting systems and onboarding handoffs.
• Track record of improved time-to-hire and offer acceptance rates.
• Ability to advise on org design and headcount strategy.
• Excellent communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own VRChat's hiring strategy end-to-end: partner with senior leaders on org design, headcount planning, and role scoping before searches open.
• Personally run full-cycle recruiting, from proactive outbound sourcing through offer close.
• Drive search momentum through clear ownership, timely interviewer feedback, and decisive hiring-manager follow-through.
