Black Sheep Coffee is seeking an experienced People Manager to lead the US HR function from the Miami headquarters, reporting to the Managing Director, USA. You will drive the employee lifecycle across the US corporate business, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, compensation, benefits and compliance, while partnering with franchisees and the UK People Director.

The role also acts as de facto Office Manager for the Miami HQ, ensuring a safe, organized environment and strong senior

Qualifikationen

• Significant generalist HR experience, ideally in hospitality/retail/foodservice or consumer business.
• Senior People leadership experience with credibility to advise Managing Director and senior leaders.
• Strong knowledge of US federal, state and local employment requirements.
