Job summary

Black Sheep Coffee is seeking a commercially minded Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise the US supply chain from our Miami base. The role includes supplier negotiations, demand planning, inventory control, distribution and COGS oversight across corporate and franchise operations.

The successful candidate will collaborate with UK teams to align global standards while tailoring processes for the US market, and will own local market opportunities, supplier onboarding and performance

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-site foodservice, hospitality, retail or consumer supply chain.
• Strong supplier negotiation and performance management.
• Experience with demand planning, inventory, and distribution.
• Willingness to travel within the US.
• Right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a US supply chain strategy.
• Build supplier, distribution and inventory infrastructure to support stores and franchise growth.
• Negotiate pricing, service levels and terms while upholding brand standards.
• Lead sourcing, onboarding and ongoing management of US suppliers and logistics partners.
• Own demand and supply planning across ingredients, packaging and consumables.
• Monitor stock levels, lead times and distribution performance.
• Provide regular reporting and drive continuous improvement.
